Accessing your Virtual Desktop can be accomplished in two ways: through a Web Browser or using a Desktop Client.
Web Access (No Software Installation Needed)
Direct Link: Use this Web Access Link to connect to your Virtual Desktop.
No Installation Required: This method is convenient as it doesn't require any additional software installation on your device.
Desktop Client
Microsoft Windows App Client:
How to Download: Go to the Microsoft Store on your device and search for “Windows App”.
Installation: Download and install the app from the store.

Windows App for Windows 10 & Windows 11
Prerequisites:
Ensure your computer has the latest Windows updates installed. Update Windows before attempting to connect to mCloud's Virtual Desktop Service.
Verify that you have received your Mobieus Login and Password for the Virtual Desktop. If you haven't received these credentials or have forgotten them, contact support@mobieus.com.
Installation Steps:
To get Windows App for Azure Virtual Desktop, visit the Microsoft Store or App Store on your device. Search for “Windows App” and download it.
The application is named 'Windows App'. You can open the Start menu and search for "Windows App".
When prompted, Sign In with your Mobieus credentials and follow the prompts. Once authenticated you are ready to Connect:
Remote Desktop for Apple Computers and iOS Devices
Prerequisites
Download and install the latest Remote Desktop client available at: Microsoft Remote Desktop on the Mac App Store (apple.com)
Before proceeding be sure to verify you have your Login and Password to access mCloud. If you have not received it or have forgotten it, please contact support@mobieus.com
Installation Steps:
Launch Microsoft Remote Desktop application.
Click ‘Add Workspace.’
Enter your Mobieus login. For example, wchomak@mobieus.com
The application will search & locate your available resources. Click ‘Add’
You will be prompted to login to Microsoft, login using your Mobieus login and password then click ‘Sign In’.
Your assigned virtual Desktop will load.
'Double-Click' to launch.
