How do I enroll in Self Service Password Reset

To enroll in Mobieus Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), follow these instructions:

1. Access the Enrollment Link: Open your web browser and visit the enrollment link at https://aka.ms/ssprsetup.

2. Sign In: You will be directed to the sign-in page. Enter your Mobieus username and password. If you can't remember your password, please contact support@mobieus.com.

   
   

3. Verification Method: After signing in, you'll be prompted to verify your identity. Instead of using the default Microsoft Authenticator App, please select Phone.

4. When you reach the screen shown below in Image 1, click on 'I want to set up a different method.'

   
   

5. Chooose 'Phone'

6. Follow the provided instructions to activate your phone so that you can receive an authentication code via SMS/TXT messaging.

7. Confirmation: After successfully configuring your phone, you will receive a confirmation message stating, "Verification complete. Your phone has been registered."
